It doesn’t usually pay to try and pick the winner of a golf tournament, but given the red-hot form of Jason Day in recent months we’re going to give it a crack and back the new world number one.
With four tournament wins including the US PGA in his last six starts, he is in the box seat to win the FedEx Cup and will clinch the huge US$10 million payday if he can win yet again at the Tour Championships starting tonight.
