The NRL finals kick-off tonight with a genuine blockbuster as minor premiers the Sydney Roosters host finals veterans the Melbourne Storm. This is a clash of the two best defensive sides in the competition and with so much at stake we’re expecting a tight affair here. Their two previous clashes produced 33 and 26 points respectively so we’re looking at going under the 35.5 point game total line.
The EPL returns from the international break with a number of crucial games but it’s Manchester City who have impressed us most this season and we expect that to continue against Crystal Palace. City have scored 10 goals and conceded none in their four games so far and we like them to keep dominating so we’ll take City with 1.5 goal handicap.
Finally we’re off to undefeated Leicester on Sunday as they host Aston Villa. Two wins and two draws has been an impressive start to the season and we like them to grab all three points against Villa.
