It’s a huge weekend of football over the next few days but before we get there we’ve come across a very attractive proposition in the Major League Baseball playoffs. The Kansas City Royals take a 3-2 lead into Game 6 as they host the Toronto Blue Jays and can progress to the World Series with a win. Either way, we expect the 7-run game total line to be cracked. Aside from Kansas City’s 5-0 win in Game 1, the remaining four have all seen at least eight runs scored including 19 in Game 3 and 16 in Game 4.
West Ham host Chelsea on Saturday in a fascinating London derby and we’re going to stay on the high scoring theme given how well the Hammers have done for us this season. Seven of their nine games so far have produced more three goals or more with four goals scored in each of their past four. And we all know Chelsea’s once rock solid defense is but a shadow of its former self.
Sunday brings us one of the EPL’s great derbies as Manchester United host Manchester City. Once again, all signs point to goals in this one with five of their past six clashes producing over 2.5 goals. Likewise, United’s past six league games have also cracked the 2.5-goal mark while City’s last four league games have seen a phenomenal 21 goals scored.
