Having made a successful debut in 2015, the World Poker Tour (WPT) is heading back to the stunning island of Jeju next week for WPT Korea.

From 8 to 13 May, Poker King Club (PKC) at the Jeju Maison Glad will welcome players from across the globe for eight events across six days – headlined by the ₩2,200,000 Main Event from Tuesday 10 May.

There is also a ₩6,600,000 High Roller event starting Monday 9 May with other events including a Knock Out Bounty, a Rebuy, a NLHE Freezeout, Pot Limit Omaha, a Deepstack and a 6-max.

Last year’s WPT Korea event attracted 198 players, with China’s Cui Yia Bin taking the title and a ₩83,608,000 (US$70, 409) top prize.
