Nowadays, the competition in the Macau catering industry is so fierce that the food must be unique if an entrepreneur wants to stand out. Today I will introduce a restaurant whose main offering is its own handmade pizza and bread. There is no luxury decoration, but the retro style is intriguing.
The tableware and utensils are all printed with the name of the restaurant, from which we can see the thought the owner has put in. As for what to try, pizza is a must. I chose the Spicy Grilled Chicken with pineapple. Chicken and pineapple is a match without doubt, but compared with its flavor, the texture stands out even more. It is crispy and soft, very memorable!
In addition, I also ordered medium-well Grilled U.S. Grain Fed Rib Eye. It is tender and juicy, not too fat or lean. I suggest no dipping sauce, in order to enjoy the original flavor. You can enjoy a cappuccino after the meal. It has strong milk flavor, but it doesn’t cover up the fragrance of the coffee.
The restaurant is still in trial operation, so their menu isn’t perfect yet, but they have launched a selection of the dishes. I look forward to the official opening when guests can enjoy a greater variety of food!
